  • Our team uses certified equipment and child- and pet-safe cleaning products.

  • Customers should avoid entering service areas during cleaning or drying.

  • For flood restoration, ensure the property is safe before our arrival (e.g., electricity switched off where necessary).


5. Quotes, Payment & Additional Charges

  • Quotes will be provided before work begins.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra treatments, heavy furniture movement, or emergency call-outs.

  • Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.


6. Liability & Warranty

  • Workmanship is guaranteed to meet industry standards.

  • While every effort is made to achieve the best result, outcomes may vary based on material condition and pre-existing damage.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by underlying issues, undisclosed conditions, or improper aftercare.
